Meet Gabby, the heart behind Enchanted Tails Pet Resort & Services!

Gabby lived in Belleville, Illinois her entire life before moving to Trenton in 2024. She graduated

from the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville School of Business in August 2022 with a

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Her experience with dogs is both extensive and diverse. Before becoming a professional dog

trainer 8 years ago, Gabby worked as a Veterinary Technician for 2 years. Over the years, she

has fostered more than 50 dogs through various local rescues, including many with unique

needs. She has hands on experience owning, fostering, and training feral dogs, as well as

caring for blind and deaf dogs. Gabby is also an American Kennel Club Evaluator and

previously served as the Training Manager at Helping Hounds Dog Training before opening

Enchanted Tails.

Gabby created Enchanted Tails Pet Resort & Services with one goal in mind: to provide owners

with a trusted, safe, and low-stress place for their pets, whether for daycare, boarding, or

grooming. Animal care is her passion, and she strives to make every pet’s experience as

comfortable and positive as possible. Enchanted Tails has been Gabby’s dream for over a

decade, and she’s proud to make it a reality.

At home, Gabby’s family includes her husband, Dale, Son and their beloved pets:

• CC – 9-year-old semi-feral Great Dane (and proud foster fail from 2020!)

• Willow – 8-year-old Great Dane

• EvE – 5-year-old Doberman

• Simba – 10-year-old cat and undisputed ruler of the household
