What are your boarding drop-off and pick-up hours?
To provide the highest level of care for our boarding guests while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our team, drop-offs and pick-ups are available during the following times:
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00–9:00 AM or 6:00–7:00 PM
Sunday: By appointment only (a $10 Sunday drop-off or pick-up fee applies)
Please note that holiday hours may vary.
Is there an additional charge for late pick-up?
Yes. To ensure our staff can care for all pets and maintain a healthy work-life balance, please arrive during our scheduled pick-up hours.
Pets picked up after 9:00 AM on their scheduled departure day will be charged for an additional day of boarding.
Sunday pick-ups are by appointment only and are subject to a $10 Sunday pick-up fee.
If you anticipate running late or need to adjust your pick-up time, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.
What should I bring when boarding my pet?
Please label all personal items with your pet's name and your last name.
We recommend bringing:
Your pet's regular food in an airtight container with feeding instructions.
Toys, treats (in an airtight container), or bedding from home if desired.
Any medications in their original container with clear instructions and only the amount needed for their stay.
An emergency contact who will be available locally during your pet's stay.
We also provide bedding or a cot upon request.
Is there a fee for administering medications?
There is no additional fee for admistering medications.
What vaccinations are required for Boarding, Daycare and Grooming?
All dogs must provide proof of current vaccinations and be on monthly flea prevention.
Adult Dogs
- Rabies
- DHPP
- Bordetella
- Intranasal and oral Bordetella vaccines must be given at least 72 hours before boarding.
- Negative fecal test from your veterinarian within the past year
Puppies
- Three rounds of DHPP
- Bordetella
- Intranasal and oral Bordetella vaccines must be given at least 72 hours before boarding.
- Rabies (if over 6 months old)
- Negative fecal test from your veterinarian within the past year
Does my pet need to be on flea prevention for Boarding, Daycare and Grooming?
Yes. All boarding dogs must be on monthly flea prevention.
Can my dog board if they are in heat for Boarding, Daycare and Grooming?
No. Female dogs in heat and for 31 days from the start of their heat cycle are not eligible for boarding.
Do you board diabetic dogs?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate diabetic dogs at this time.
Can I bring my pet's own food?
Yes. We require you bring your pet's normal food to help maintain their routine. Please place it in an airtight container with your pet's name and feeding instructions clearly labeled.
Can I bring my pet's toys or bedding?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring toys, treats, or bedding from home. Please label everything with your pet's name. We also provide bedding or a cot upon request.
What if I need to change my boarding reservation?
If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Do your holiday hours differ from normal business hours?
Yes. Our holiday schedule differs from our regular business hours to allow our team time with their families while ensuring every boarding guest continues to receive the highest level of care.
Boarding Holiday Drop-Off & Pick-Up Hours:
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day & the Friday after Thanksgiving
- Drop-Off & Pick-Up: 7:00–9:00 AM and 6:00–7:00 PM
Independence Day (July 4)
- Drop-Off & Pick-Up: 7:00–9:00 AM only
Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas Eve
- Drop-Off & Pick-Up: By appointment only
- A $15 holiday drop-off/pick-up fee applies.
Christmas Day
- No drop-offs or pick-ups are available.
Please note that boarding care never stops. Your pet will continue to receive their scheduled meals, walks, potty breaks, medications, and personalized care throughout their stay, regardless of holiday office hours.

Our daycare and grooming services are closed on the following holidays:

- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Appointment Grooming
All grooming at Enchanted Tails is done by appointment Monday through Friday. This ensures every pet gets focused, one-on-one care in a calm, low-stress environment.
